I work on the frontline, greeting clients as the come into the clinic. I aid in answering phone calls and getting patients checked in and out. I also help keep the Doctors’ schedules full and organized with appointments. On a weekly basis I am in constant communication with the Doctors, making sure they have completed their task for proper billing and aid in the management of the end of month settlements.

Although I did not pursue any high education, I have earned my professional skills on the job in my 15 plus years of hands on experience in client relations and records and information management.

The majority of my time is spent with my 2 daughters, and supporting them in all their activities. My husband and I currently spend a lot of time traveling with my oldest daughter’s softball team. I also enjoy spending time at home on the couch with my 2 pit bulls, Bandit and Sky.
