On the daily I am assisting the doctors in appointments with restraints, blood draws, and attaining medical history to best assess current issues. I treat hospitalized patients and keep a record of any treatments and medications. I check on patients after appointments and general care, as well as post op to insure our patient’s health. Weekly I oversee the inventory in the large animal facility along with maintaining the anesthesia machine alongside my work as a technician.

I Graduated from Indiana Business College with an Associates degree in Veterinary Technology. While in school, I participated in an externship at Purdue Small animal Hospital and upon graduation earned my license to be a registered Vet Tech. Before starting with Bush Vet I worked at a Spay/ Neuter clinic for 2 years.

In my free time I like to spend time working on and remodeling our home, woodworking with repurposed wood and caring for our ten pets, 2 dogs and 8 cats; all of which I have gained from my work in Vet med.
